How To Use Them
Diffuser
A diffuser is like a humidifier where you fill the container with water and it creates a moist atmosphere better to breathe in but it is meant to hold oils inside. This is the easiest method when it comes to using essential oils. Just add 2-3 drops of your favorite oil inside.
Topically
Topical use where I find to be most beneficial can be a bit tricky at times. When applying essential oils to your skin you must dilute it with a carrier oil. Carrier oils can be any organic oil of your choosing. I prefer coconut oil. Adults should add 2-3 drops of oil to 1 oz of carrier oil and apply it to the skin.
Personal Recipes
Sleep
- 2 drops of Eucalyptus
- 2 drops of Peppermint
- 2 drops of Lavender
- Into a diffuser 30 mins before bed.
Bloating
- Topically
- 2 drops of Peppermint
- 1 oz of coconut oil
- Rub it clockwise on stomach when feeling any discomfort
Scars
- Topically
- 2 drops of Frankincense
- 2 drops of Lavender
- Massage into scar
Constipation
- Topically
- 2 drops of Grapefruit
- 2 drops of Lemon
- Massage it clockwise onto stomach for relief (once a day for sensitive stomachs)
Sick
- Into diffuser
- 2 drops of Self dense
- or
- 2 Drops of Lemon
Other Recipes
Sinus Congestion Relief
- Add 6 drops of Eucalyptus
- 4 drops of Tea Tree
- 3 drops of Peppermint
- to a carrier oil and apply to the neck and chest.

Fever Reducer
- Add 1 drop of Peppermint to the navel to cool your core and help reduce fever. Proper dilution is required for more sensitive skin.
- Add 1 drop of each Peppermint, Lavender and Eucalyptus to a bowl of luke warm or room temperature water, soak a cloth in this mix, wring out and apply cloth to the back of the neck and/or forehead as often as needed for relief.
- Add 1-2 drops of each Peppermint, Lavender and Eucalyptus to 1 tsp of your Mila Eve Essentials Carrier oil and massage onto the bottoms of feet as often as possible during an active fever for relief.

- Add 8 drops of Lemon
- 4 drops of Lavender
- 4 drops of Rosemary
- to 1oz of distilled water and spray in the home to purify the air.

- Add 3 drops of Lemon
- 5 drops of Lavender
- 3 drops of Peppermint
- to a rollerball filled with your favorite carrier oil
- apply under the feet and down the spine as often as needed.
