We’re happy to let you know that Twin Flame ships worldwide with our trusted partner Colissimo, ensuring your order reaches you quickly and under the best conditions.

Shipping Timeframes & Costs

Shipping costs may vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.

• Free Shipping in France: We offer free standard shipping for all orders over €200.

• International Shipping: Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and depend on your location. The exact amount will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Order Processing Time:
Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Times (after dispatch):

• France: 1–3 business days (Colissimo)

• International: 5–8 business days (Colissimo)
  Please note these timeframes are estimates and may vary due to customs or local postal delays.

Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide, except where restricted. You can check shipping availability during checkout.

• Shipping to Russia: We are currently unable to ship to Russia.

• Shipping to the UK: As of January 1st, 2021, orders over £135 shipped to the UK may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Note: We reserve the right to extend delivery times due to customs delays. If a package is returned to us, reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

Taxes & Duties

Taxes and duties are not calculated at checkout. Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to local import taxes, customs duties, and fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

If you refuse delivery of a shipment from Twin Flame, you will be responsible for:

• The original purchase and shipping costs

• Any import fees incurred

• The cost of returning the package to us
