What does pre order mean ?

Pre Order means that the items are produced only after your order confirmation therefore there is no stock and consequently no waste. The item is produced just for you.

How does Twinflame’s pre-order work? 

Full payment is due at checkout to secure your size and style of a pre-order item. When the item arrives at our warehouse, we will ship it within two business days. The estimated shipping date is on the product page. We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email when your pre-order item ships.

What if I change my mind? Can I cancel my pre-order? 

Unfortunately, once you have received a confirmation email for your order you won’t be able to cancel it.

All items are shipped from our warehouse in Paris, France.

Are taxes and duties included in my order total? 

Please note that taxes and duties are not calculated at checkout. Orders that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the European Union may be subject to local taxes, customs, duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. If you refuse a shipment from Twinflame, you are responsible for the original purchase and shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Twinflame.

Are duties and taxes refundable on return orders?

Please note that taxes and duties are not refundable on return orders as they are the customers responsibility. 

What is your return policy? 

Items must be returned within 15 working days of receiving your order. Goods returned must be unused, clean and with the safety tag on and intact. For more information please refer to our return policy here.

Can I exchange my order/size?

Twinflame uses a pre-order system therefore there is no stock and we cannot provide exchanges. 

Do you refund shipping costs?

Unfortunately, we do not refund shipping costs if you return an item.
